Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of quantum hardware integration (superconducting/ion trap)
- Experience leading quantum computing teams in Fortune 500 environments
