Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network algorithms for predictive modeling
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects on quantum-encrypted AI communication
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and publish quarterly breakthrough reports
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or neural-quantum hybrids
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
