Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy the scalable infrastructure for Project 2026, overseeing the full machine learning lifecycle.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to define the technical roadmap for 2026.
- Optimize large-scale neural network models for real-time inference and high-volume data processing.
- Establish rigorous security and compliance standards for next-gen data governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex research into deployable commercial solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
