- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on common user errors.
- Learn and utilize internal tools and knowledge bases to assist clients with account management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (work from home hybrid option available).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.

- Able to commit to 20-25 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
