- Upsell products and promote current promotions to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure operational efficiency during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with cash registers and POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays as required.
