Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
- Sales Performance: actively promote our products and services, achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and alert management to inventory needs.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule availability.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS software.
