Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls and emails to identify sales opportunities.
- Product Presentation: Conduct professional product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Training Compliance: Attend all mandatory onboarding and weekly training sessions to master sales scripts and product knowledge.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within our customer relationship management software.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with team leads to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to the training department regarding customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are preferred.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional team meetings or events.
