Responsibilities
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice to diverse clientele
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays and store aesthetics
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to achieve/exceed sales targets
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Participate in product knowledge training to maintain expertise on current inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with POS systems and mobile payment technologies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store events
