- Utilize company-provided tablets and demo equipment to showcase products and process sales transactions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and merchandising
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions to master new equipment lines
- Represent the brand at local events with portable demonstration kits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience with tech-savvy candidates
- Proficiency with sales software and mobile devices (equipment provided)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional store visits
