Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including stocking and floor organization
- Support inventory management through receiving and stockroom organization
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in ongoing product training and store initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train all associates
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- 18+ years of age (required for operating POS systems)
