Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to maintain a professional store appearance.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
