Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to find the best solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and product specifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
