Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Process sales transactions and handle payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work environment that reflects our company values.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.

- Reliable transportation is required.
