Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into our secure database systems with high accuracy.
- Review data for discrepancies and correct errors to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Generate and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Scan, digitize, and index documents to streamline our archival processes.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote/hybrid work.
