As a Customer Support Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You will work closely with our senior support team to learn industry best practices, troubleshoot common issues, and build lasting relationships with our client base.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Learn Support Systems: Master our internal CRM software and ticketing systems under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve basic customer problems and questions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate: Work with the wider support team to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Learn Product Knowledge: Study our products and services thoroughly to provide accurate information to clients.
- Feedback Collection: Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product usability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Attitude: A patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Availability: Ability to work part-time hours, including some evenings or weekends as required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for this trainee role.
- Location: Must reside in or near Honolulu, Hawaii.
