Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services.
- Update customer accounts and records accurately in our CRM database.
- Provide detailed product information and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Meet and exceed daily performance and quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
