Responsibilities
- Complete our onboarding and training program to master our products and services.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries.
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Identify customer pain points and provide effective, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document feedback and report common issues to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-30 hours per week).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a quick learner.
- Must reside in or have reliable transportation to Seattle, WA.
