Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.
- Provide product information and technical support to help customers achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
