Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling bank products
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM operations in compliance with security protocols
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Learn and adhere to all banking regulations including BSA/AML compliance procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced financial service knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn banking software quickly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts available)
