What You Will Do:
As a Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced staff to learn the fundamentals of retail banking while serving our community.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and resolving account inquiries professionally.
- Assist with branch opening and closing procedures, including vault preparation and ATM replenishment.
- Learn and operate core banking software and digital banking terminals efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a professional branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for the Trainee role.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the schedule.
