Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Complete comprehensive training on banking software, security procedures, and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
