Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service while resolving inquiries
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
