Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records

- Assist with cross-selling bank products and services
- Participate in ongoing training modules and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Must be available for daytime training hours (8AM-5PM)
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred
