Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Assist clients with account inquiries, loan applications, and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to learn financial systems quickly and accurately
- Trustworthy with attention to detail and ethical standards
- Flexible availability including weekend and evening shifts
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Valid Texas driver's license for branch travel if needed
