Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial guidance and problem resolution

- Operate core banking systems while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Support branch operations through cash balancing, vault management, and audit preparation
- Promote digital banking solutions and assist with complex account inquiries

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in basic math, 10-key operation, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with ability to detect discrepancies and errors
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA) a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
