Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Maintain $10K+ cash drawer with 99.9% accuracy daily
- Resolve customer inquiries using FNB's 5-star service protocol
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for checking, savings, and credit products
- Adhere to BSA/AML regulations and security procedures
- Train on FNB's proprietary digital banking platforms
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality a plus)
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Pass background check and credit review
- Proficiency with basic office software
- Ohio driver's license (if branch requires field visits)
