Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist customers with basic account inquiries and digital banking tools
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Train on branch operations including ATM maintenance and night drop procedures
