Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for staff and external partners
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders following organizational protocols
- Support event coordination including setup, registration, and post-event documentation
- Assist with onboarding new team members and provide training on administrative systems
- Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
