- Training Participation: Complete structured, paid training modules to master our products, sales scripts, and company policies.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Client Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage customer accounts with a focus on retention.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn new skills.
