Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
- Track and update customer account information in our CRM system accurately.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Participate in daily training workshops and team performance meetings.
- Resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
