Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone and email to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Meet and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- A strong drive for success and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Fort Worth office.
- Ability to work independently while being an active participant in team meetings.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
