Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products to meet their goals.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously learn and update product knowledge through our structured training programs.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and escalations efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for full-time shifts (Monday-Friday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
