Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and systems
- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain support tickets

- Train end-users on new technology implementations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
