Responsibilities
- Complete Training: Successfully finish the 2-week paid training module to master sales fundamentals and product knowledge.
- Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and manage incoming inquiries to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update our CRM system regularly.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets as part of a high-performance team.
- Customer Support: Resolve client issues professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly strategy meetings to align with team goals.
