Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and night hours.
- Complete structured training modules to master our products, services, and internal systems.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure seamless operations and service continuity.
- Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM database accurately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide the training you need to succeed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a patient, customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency are necessary.
