Responsibilities
- Complete Comprehensive Training: Participate in our structured, paid training program to master the fundamentals of our industry and sales processes.
- Client Development: Identify and engage with potential clients to build a robust portfolio of business relationships.
- Market Expansion: Represent our brand in the Baltimore and Ohio markets, driving growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with senior mentors and team members to refine strategies and achieve monthly targets.
- Professional Representation: Maintain a high standard of professionalism during all client interactions and team meetings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor personal progress and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
