Responsibilities
- Complete the mandatory paid training program to learn operational standards and safety protocols.
- Execute daily production tasks and quality control checks during the night shift hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and attendance requirements.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
