Responsibilities
- Unload and Load Freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock and assist with inventory counts.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
