Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances
- Adhere to banking compliance regulations (BANK SEC Act, AML)
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
- Collaborate with branch team on cross-selling initiatives
Qualifications
