Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance protocols (BSA, AML, KYC)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain secure handling of cash and confidential financial information
- Participate in ongoing training to master new banking technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office technology (MS Office, point-of-sale systems)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fingerprints and background check required upon hire
- Must pass Teller Assessment Training (TAT) certification program
