Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently handle standard warehouse machinery and equipment (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory with high accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Load & Unload: Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to the weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes are essential.
