Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

- Must be willing to undergo paid training upon hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer are required for remote training.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
