Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the weekend shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the management team.
- Build relationships with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the store's appearance standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
