Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the Charlotte and Virginia markets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data using CRM software.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
