Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Perform quality checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and math proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
