Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing training
- Sort, organize, and inventory products with precision
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Document inventory movements using digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Willingness to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- No warehouse experience required – training provided
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
