Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package materials accurately for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain inventory counts and organize stock efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Complete quality checks on outgoing products
- Document daily operations in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all backgrounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
