Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with proper training certification
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow
- Train on WMS systems and safety protocols
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in assigned areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
