Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided certification
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to maintain accuracy standards
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support special projects during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Valid state ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility near MSP Airport
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (Monday-Friday)
