Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and stock inventory using scanning equipment and manual counts.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are highly preferred.
